web space I have done away with the “By State” and “Chronological” Listings
The following pages are of Civil War battles listed alphabetically
and Chronologically.
Alphabetical Listings: At the top of each page you will
find an alphabet bar which Hyperlinks you to the battles beginning with the
corresponding letters. On the larger
battles you can save yourself from extensive scrolling to reach the Confederate
Units by clicking on the graphic above“Conf Units” found on the left side of the beginning of the
battle.
I have tried to include the
names of those who were casualties in each battle wherever possible. These
pages do not contain summaries about the battles but rather the order of battle
for each. Nor do they provide a summary of the individual commanders.
