The large hall has a maximum height of 18 m, and is 67 m wide. It is mainly used for cultural arrangements, congresses, and for political activities.
The volume of the hall as well as the capacity of seats can be widely modified by comprehensive technics. This special construction allows - only by pressing some buttons - to vary the form, function and aestetics of the hall. This system is unique all over the world.
The 5,000 seats are providedwith movable desks, connections for the simultaneous interpretation, and loudspeakers.
Fifty cabins for interpreters or reporters are disposable. Concerts and theatrical guest performances are regular arranged in the large hall, for example the series "Orchestra of the World".
The great flexibility of the hall make it possible to accomplish arrangements of another kind without the normal fitting up with seats, as for instance banquets and balls.
