Instituted on January 18, 1974.
Awarded to workers employed in industry, transport, construction,
and the manufacturing sector for highly efficient work, innovations,
inventions, and ideas. Made of SOLID SILVER with extensive goldplating
and beautiful enamel. The only difference between the the 1st
and 2nd Class Orders, is that the 2nd Class has blue enamel in
the background instead of red, and the upper outside edge of the
eight-pointed star is not goldplated on the 2nd Class. Awarded
to those who have already received the 3rd Class Order.
