One
of the Channel Islands:
Along
the coast are the Channel Islands, an extention of the mountain ranges
of the coastline which stick themselves up above the ocean. They
can be seen in Santa Barbara as well some 50 and more miles south.
To the left and below are two pictures taken from one of the smaller islands
(Anacapa), when we were visiting there.
