Howdy, my name is Ryan. I am originally from Montréal, Québec, but currently reside in Calgary, Alberta where I am a 2000 Graduate of the Alberta College of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Printmaking. Although I am a newly emerging artist, I have been fortunate enough to have been in a few major print exhibits such as MIG '98 in Barcelona, Spain, The Araki International Art Exhibit in Vancouver, B.C. (two years running) and the Dundarave Micro-Miniature Print Exhibit in Vancouver, B.C. I also have a piece on permanent display in the Mutation Museum (series 1) at www.primussucks.com. In this past year, I've held an exhibition entitled "Retrospecticus" at the NEW Gallery and participated in the 1st International Artist Trading Card Biennale, also at the NEW Gallery. I wish to continue my education by going for my Master's degree, hopefully at Concordia University in Montréal. My favourite artist is Paul Klee.
