Missile Weapon Specialization (Alternate)
All costs are per relevant Core Rules or Skills & Powers Books.
The effects are as follows.
Characters who specialize in a missile weapon gain +2 to hit and a +1 to damage. Rate:
3/Round
Characters who become a Weapon Master in Missile Weapons gain a +3 to hit and a +2 to
damage. Rate 4/Round
Remember all range modifiers still apply.
(Note: I think the point blank rule is stupid)
