History: The Stroke of precision gets its name from the hero that developed it. The master swordsman Runeheart who went beyond the normal abilities of swordsmanship developed this proficiency to strike greater damage to an enemy. The first known Stroke of precision was learned with a Long Sword but has since been used by weapon masters who have trained with many verious types of arms.

Game Effects: A character with this proficiency need not make a proficinecy check. When a character rolls to hit an enemy. If 4 more than the needed THAC0 is attained. That character inflicts double weapon damage(ie only double the weapon damage. No magic or strength bonuses). An example would be. Runeheart needs a 10 to hit the Wizard. He rolls a 15 which is greater than 4 more than what he needed. His sword is a +5 magical weapon and he adds 6 to damage for his strength. Now a long sword does a (d8) for damage. His base damage for the attack would be 2*(d8)+11. Roll the 2 d8 do not just double the damage.
(Note: Only One-Hand Melee weapons can be given the Stroke of Precision bonus. Thrown Weapons and 2 Handed Weapons cannot recieve this specialized training)
