Thanks go out to everyone for the terrific 25th COIPS convention celebrated at East Peoria, Illinois. All the hard work by the Offficers, Board and Membership really paid off and was much appreciated by all. Detailed plans are already underway for the 2009 convention to be held in conveniently located, East Peoria. We look forward to put another great convention together and are confident we have a great team to get the job done.
