| LaughingKoala has a great interest in spirit guides, animal totems, angels, and anything relating to souls and spirit. She has created this place so that she can give her opinions on how they all work in our lives and so you can hopefully learn a little about all of them. LaughingKoala has a twin brother, he is her spirit guide, and journies everywhere with her. He was her twin in a past life they shared and now he acts as her spirit guide in this life. |

| Spirit Guides are wonderful beings, they can come and go in our lives, but there is ALWAYS one in particular which stays with us throughout our entire life. They steer us along our chosen path, point out things to us when we're missing them, bring new people and new experiences into our lives so we can learn from them. Some people call them angels, but I believe angels are different. They are of the same love-energy, only work differently. For example, angels rarely incarnate on the physical plane, whereas, spirit guides can live a few lives on the physical plane, then stay a while in the astral realms, often acting as guides, and then reincarnate again. |

| Animal totems are a type of guide, they each have their own personal message for each of us. We all have at least 9 totems. Those who guide us in the areas of North, East, South, West, Above, Below and Within, and the two which walk at our right and left sides throughout our lives. We can meet our animal totems through dreams, meditation, totem cards and numerous other ways. The same as spirit guides, animal totems can come into our lives for a brief moment in time... an example of this is when the squirrel contacted me: |

| I haven't had a chance to work with animal totems a great deal, but I do know they're there, and they often appear in my dreams to remind me of their presence :-) |
