| You stare at your surroundings... the air is thick with humidity caused by the aboundless water. After a while you start to breathe normally, adjusting to your new climate. Looking up you see soft fluffy white clouds against a background of royal blue. Taima floats on her little cloud nearby. "That's the home of the angels, you'll be able to visit them later on in the journey." she says. To your left is a large lagoon, fed by the pounding fall of water down a steep incline. The water is pure and clear, a few fish jump from the surface to flip around in the air, landing back in the water with a splash. It looks very refreshing... A small path leads to the right, along the embankment, all the way to the waterfall... you realise that there must be a cave behind the waterfall which you can access by walking through the water. On your left you notice a sandy trail and as you peer through the foliage around it, you can see waves pounding against a sandy beach which glitters brightly with the sun beating down on it. As you turn around to look behind you a large lake comes into view. Water from the lagoon trickles into it and you stare out at the mountains in the distance and the island in the centre. This is truly a magickal world. At the foot of the embankment is a stone sculpture with a strange runic symbol inscribed on it. While you admire the craftmanship of the sculpture the sound of something reaching the shores in front of you catches your attention. A barge, rowed by eight silent men sits on the shores, in the hull is a lovely lady in blue robes of the Goddess... What will you do now? |
