The Eurovision Song Contest is one of the bizzarest events in the European Cultural Calendar, taking place annually around April/May, accompanied by much derision from many, yet watched by millions, and accorded an almost religious significance in the gay community.  This band was Denmark's entry in 1980, with the song 'Tanker altid på dig'.  It came a disappointing 14th out of 19 with a total of 25 points (an average of less 2 points per country).  For information on the Eurovision, visit one of the many websites out there, e.g. www.eurosong2000.com
