Oh Yeh, as Daniel noted, This site has A LOT of text. Yeah, well, what do you expect. I'm the librarian for a reason.
Well, now that I've pissed everyone off with that "sneek preview" thing, I'll be nicer now. Well, in case you haven't noticed, I've updated. New (ledgible) banner, fixed the color scheme, that sort of thing. Now that my site is done for a while, I'm going to be concentrating on finishing the update, so, although I know y'all have heard this before, not much is going to happen for a while. Although probably this text at the begining will keep changing, 'cuz I change it about once a week when I'm at the library after school.
And now, some news on the "big update" and it's progress.
Well, the interface is all done, but I still need to make it smaller. Right now it takes about seven minutes to download, and no one will want to wait around for that. I'm also going to make a text-based interface for those who don't want to wait around anyway. The Soundtrack is halfway done, and now I'm going to work on making everyone's sites more fluid and organized.
I'd set the big update for no later than October. Hold yer horses.
Well, Since that whole Myst-like 3D shell flew like a lead balloon, and not a british rock group, I will add some description of my temple, Zork style.
You enter the vast chamber, in awe of the expanse it covers. It is archetecturally un-ornamented, and its walls and ceiling are hewn as solid slabs from rock. Above you, a dim but vibrantly colored trickle of light drips from a massive gothic stain-glass window. Its projection falls at the bottom of a giant staicase, which leads to an upper level of the room, and you can see a smaller chamber up and to the north. At the foot of these steps, springs a garden of massive, drab-brown mushrooms, apparently feeding off the light from the stain-glass window, some reaching well beyond your height. As you hold your trusty companion, the brass latern, closer to examine these magnificent organisms, a small swarm of flying bio-luminesent creatures surround you. Although some what of an annoyance, the creatures warm, neon-green glow is comforting. Even if your latern did go out, no Grue can get you now!

The Chronicles of the KittyHawk Knites
This is where you'll find the adventures and/or wanderings of the KittyHawk Knites. We often go adventuring into treacherous RPG chat rooms, or duel it out with each other. And we often immortalize these "epic" sagas by saving them as Word files. So, you creepy stalker people, if you ever wanted to know even more about us than we tell you already, this is the place to go! I know that there's only one up right now, but that will change.
Humility.doc is the epic legend of John and Daniels' "adventures" with Jake Black, or Humility14. An idiot 14-year-old who tries to kill or cyber-screw any person he meets, John and Daniel join his "gang" to make fun of him. He has NO comprehension of sarcasm, so most of their obvious cracks at him are a bit above his level. Some morons should be locked up so that such tools of enormous power, namely AOL, cannot fall into improper hands.
More coming soon, I promise.

This picture is awesome, so it stays.

This is my gallery, With my manual and digital artwork. I think that if one does look at these images, one should understand that as a young artist, I'm always progressing. Although I am still years away from Daniel's skill level, I am definitely progressing. Looking back at some of these images recently, I realized just how far I've come. Compare, for example, My Cetation picture, and Daniel's Ondigo I colored. Well, I'm still keeping the old crappy stuff up, just so people (namely me) can realize how I've progressed.
- A cool picture of some sumerian temple-thing.
- My cool cetation.
- A VERY COOL 3D scene by Daniel and I. Well, mostly Daniel. I am not worthy! Unwooorrthy! hmm... I do believe I had something to this effect BEFORE Daniel, how to say, "adjusted" my text. ::Deep Scowl::
- The Gadgrin, a otter-like mammal of my creation.
- My colorization of a pen and ink sketch of ember (from ElfQuest) by Wendy Pini.
- Lady.jpg A sketch of a young sorceress.
- The Demon Ahkrazael.
- An airship of my design.
- The Quikalta, an animal I created.
- The Klymestradon, another of my animals.
- A cool plant by me and Daniel.
- Love and Guilt: My first dabble in Photoshop.
- Animalia. C'est interessant.
- Fire.jpg A picture of this crazy girl (a temple acolyte, if you must know) swing a fire-stick around. Still one of my best figures.
- Pikeman.jpgA picture of an imperial Pikeman using his pike to pole-vault.
- Possibly my best photograph ever. Oddly cool.
- A picture of the Spanish-American War.
- A cool perspective of a yellow bug.
- A gaudy colorization of Daniel's Ondigo, a giant sea-creature. He says I got the colors all wrong, but it still looks cool. By far my best.
- Special Ops. Agent Makoto Cliffe, a character in a comic book I may or may never write.
- A nice headshot of Makoto. It was orginally in pencil, but I used a filter that elimanates graininess, makes it look cool, and maintains genral (yes, dammit, I know it's general) quality.
- A cool photo of a scene I set up w/ my action figures. My collection is vast, and still growing, though much slower than before. This is part of a much larger scene, but it's the best photo of all the ones I took.
- Another Action figure photo. This one was of a whole bunch of battle-beasts mauling Locus, but the camera moved. It still looks pretty cool.
This is my small but growing library. Apparently, It has become an un-official TPA Debate team resource. So, guys, If you can't find an e-text here that you need, e-mail me. (This goes for everyone, of course.)
- The Divine Comedy, by Dante
- The Art of War, by Sun Tzu
- Walden, by Henry David Thoreau. This guy was really awesome, if a bit off beat. (What with the whole urge to hunt and devour small rodents that get in his way bit.)
- Huis Clos, or No Exit, by Jean-Paul Sartre. This play is freakily cool.
- A Tale of Two Cities, by Charles Dickens.
- Alairna of Klashaida, episode 1, by Andrew. God knows what fool would read these.
- Alairna of Klashaida, episode 2, by Andrew.
- Deathgush, one of Daniel and mine's poetic masterpieces.
- He, She, It, by Kate. Daniel and John came up with the perfect word to describe Kate's genre: krate. This is a combination of the words crap, great, and kate. Essentially, this means that the work is so crappy, that it takes on a new meaning and epic quality in its crappiness. Bref, excellence in crappiness.
- Cutie Pie, by Nicholas Fisk. This is so good.
- The Black Cat, by Edgar Allan Poe.
- The Jungle, by Upton Sinclair. I'm no socialist, but this book is epic.
- The Tempest, by Shakespeare. My favorite of his. Ariel's so cool.
- Romeo and Juliet, by Shakespeare. I haven't actually read this yet, but Daniel says it derserves the hype.
- The Communist Manifesto, by Karl Marx. An interesting example of political writing. I don't agree with it, but it's still worth looking at.
- Democracy in America, Volume 1, by Alexis DeTocqueville. This guy is a genuis.
- Democracy in America, Volume 2, by Alexis DeTocqueville. ditto.
- Acceleration Lab, An epic social commentary in the form of a physics lab by Daniel. Only read the conclusion, the rest is just lab stuff. ^_^
- A collection of quotes from Chrono Trigger.
- Hamlet, parts 1 and 2
- Hamlet, part 3. 'nuff said.
