| Download a font You'll need a special kind of font when working with images this small. There's a nice freeware one called Hachipochi. |

Set the fill options. File->New, make it 25 pixels wide by 14 pixels high and 16 million colors. Click the flood fill tool |

| Fill the button Click inside the image to fill the button with the gradient. |

Bevel the button. Add a new raster layer, Layers->New Raster Layer. Change the Opacity to 50% and hit OK. Change the foreground swatch back to solid fill. Make the foreground color white and the background color black. Zoom in on the image by a factor of 15 or so, we will be doing pixel level editing. Click on the Paint Brush tool |
