Ingredients:
1 pack of active dry yeast
1 tablespoon of milk
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup corn meal
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1/2 cup of dry milk
1 cup of chicken or beef broth dissolved
2 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses
1 cup of wheat flour

To warm broth (flavor of your choice)
add the yeast to dissolve, add molasses...
both white and wheat flours, cornmeal, dry milk,
the salt and the garlic poweder and mix...well.
Rollout dough on a floured surface to prevent stickiness,
and cut into shapes. Mix the milk and egg in a cup.
Place cookie biscuit shapes on an ungreased baking pan
and brush with the milk and egg mixture.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
Place on counter...till biscuit firm..
may take several hours...best if left overnight.
