I, Frank Heath, widower, a resident of the township of Bushnell, in the County of Montcalm and State of Michigan, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in many following, viz:
First, I will direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid in full.
Second, I give devise and bequeath to my son Benjiman the sum of one hundred dollars.
Third, I give, devise and bequeath to my son Paul Heath, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars.
Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath to my four sons, Benjiman, Paul Heath, Homer Heath and Vergel Heath, share and share alike, all the rest and residue of my property, real or personal, remaining after the above bequest have been paid in full.
Fifth, I hereby appoint my son Benjiman Heath of Victoryville, Michigan, Executor of this my last Will and Testiment.
Sixth, I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
