I, Ben Heath, respectfully represent that I reside in the township of Evergreen in said county, and am interested in said estate and make this petition as a son of the deceased named in the last will and testament of said deceased.
I further represent that said deceased died on the 11th day of February 1926 leaving a last will and testament, bearing date the unknown day of unknown year, which is herewith deposited and filed. ..
And that the deceased was twenty one years of age and upwards and was of sound mind and under no restrait or undue influence whatever.
I further represent that said deceased was, at the time of his death, an inhabitant of the Township of Evergreen in said county of Montcalm and left estate within said country of Montcalm to be administered, and that the estimated value thereof is as follows: Real estate $3,000 or thereabout; person estate $none or thereabout, as I am informed.
