Estate of Sarah Estes

To the Hon. W. Awhiliside, Judge of the County court of said county.
Your Petitioner Ben Walton (spelling hard to read Walliteen, Walter?) administrator of the Estate of Sara Estes late of said county deceased, respectfully represent:
That the said Sarah Estes departed this life at Edmunda Illinois on or about the first day of May 1906.
That your petitioner was on the 4th day of June 1906 duly appointed by the County Court of said Pope County administrator of the estate of Sara Estes aforesaid, as will appear by his letters of administration official in this court.
That the inventory, appraisement, bill, and sale bill in said estate have been duly filed in the ofice of the clerk of this court and that the undersigned administrator has rendered to said court a just and true account of the personal estates and debts of said deceased, as by said account now remaining in this court will more fully appear.
Your petitioner futher shows that claims have been allowed against said estate amounting to the sum of seven hundred seventeen dollars and three cents and your petitioner know of other just claims yet to be presented.
And your petitioner futher shows that there have come to the hands of petitioner as such administrator personal estate of said decendant amounting to one hundred thirty eight dollars and fifty five cents.
And your petitioner futher shows that he has disposed of said personal assets by paying claims and costs amounting to the sum of __ dollars and -- cents (empty). Described real estate lying and being in the county of Pope and the state of Illinois, viz: the south east fourth of the south was gov sec 3.3; Twp 11 south of range 6 east; the south east bridge? of the north wishgv(?) and the north east p of the north was 6 east. Aprx 10 acres of the south of the said Smith Ensign of the North West gv (?). Calculating in all 110 acres (more or less) also lot 19 in the Village of Eddyville.
And that Joel Estes (cut off ) all of which are of legal age.
Petitioner therefore pray your honor on the final hearing of this petition and decree the petition sell said premises above described or so much hereof as may be necessary for the purpose of paying the debts and liabilities of said estate, Joel Estes, Milo Estes, Andrew Estes, Edmund Estes, Lettie Floyd, Alwin Lucinth, Lizzie Crank, Euma Estes and Laura Estes may be made by defendant herein and may be required to answer this petition and that a summons may be issued in their names returnable to the first day of the February term 1907 of this court and that your honor will make such other and further orders in the premises as may be necessary, just and proper.
