Warranty Deed: Statuary Form
This indenture witnesseth that the grantor W.A. Younger of Mountain Twp in the County of Saline and state of Illinois for and in consideration of four hundred dollars in hand pay, convey and warrant to J. J. Harrison of Cottage Township, County of Saline and state of Illinois the follow in described real estate to wit:
"Twenty acres off of the Wash side of the north east quarter and twenty acres off the west side of the south east quarter of the north east quarter of section (2) two township (11) eleven south of rauge (7) seven east containing 40 acres.
Also six acres off of the north side of the north west quarter of the south east quarter section two twosnship No. (11) range (7) seven east.
situated in the county of Heardin in the state of Illinois hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption laws of this state.
