Quit Claim notice of Andrew and James Dollins

This indenture made and entered into this the 24th day of August 1867 between Andrew A and James J. Dollins of the county of Lincoln, State of Tennessee of the tpt spech I get Delfauts of the first part Witness? the state for and in Louisides? atam? of the sum of Six hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt where as of humbly acknowleged the seal Andrew A and James J. Dollins hath long acqured and sold vanquished and quit claimed and by these presents doth bargain, sell venquish and quit claim unto the said Joel J. Dollins by his heirs and assigns said this being And Seventh of the following described tract of land lying and being situated in the county of Lincoln State of Tennessee and the waters of Norsans creek, bounded as follows, beginning at a stake aced tracted in David Armstrong south, Kennedy? live ? the west with David Armstrong east 74 poles to a stake and travels thence south 10 degrees east, 120 poles to a white Oak thence south 40 degrees east 11 poles to a sugartree thence east 12 poles to a ? Thence east a fee degrees south 50 poles man to a ? the something corner of a Davidson line. Between Talif and ? Dollins Thence 51 poles to a stake hethce north 140 to a stake and ? thence west 28 to an eml and as. thence north to a red oak these east 28 poles. to a stake at the beginning containing by estimated 115 acres. To have and to hold the above described tract of land and bargained (something) with all and singular thought containments here detraments and appraila living to the Arly Tarafen we benefit and behoof of him, the said Joel J. Dollins his hiers and ap? forever and the said Andrew A. Dollinas and James D. Dollins for their sales these hear executors ad estealed doth warrant and agree with the said Joel J. Dollins his heirs and assigns that the above they will warrant and forever defend against the full claim an indent of all person claiming burdon on testimony where of I have here witnessed by my hand and seal the day and year first a leave mantained?
