Ed Harp- Clarksville - Ed F. Harp, 74, died Monday at the McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Harp resided at Rt. 1, Bagwell.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Lindemen Chapel at the Clarksville Funeral Home. The Rev. A.B. Kellam and the Reb. Jimmie Ellis will officiate the services with interment in Youngs Chapel Cemetery.
Harp was born Dec 16 1901 in Bagwell. He was the of the late Mr. and Mrs. B.E. Harp of Bagwell. He married the former Bessie Riddle in Hugo on Oct 13 1929. Harp, a retired employee of the International Paper County, Indiana Clarksville, was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivers include his wife, Mrs. Bessie Harp, Bagwell; one , Donald Gene Harp, Fort Worth, one , Mrs. Wesley Braddock, Bagwell; two sisters, Mrs. Opal Miller, Clarksville; Mrs. Ida Hanstings, Detroi; three brothers, Emmitt Harp, Bakersfield, California; Arch Harp, Oklahoma City, OK; Doc Harp, Bagwell and four grandchildren.
