Karen toured with the Ladies Professional Bowlers Tour in the 1990s. She was nominated for the Robby Sportsmanship Award and Rookie of the Year. As an amateur, she represented the United States overseas in international competition. Karen is currently participating in various business ventures and hopes to return to the tour part-time in late 2003, early 2004.
Karen has been a spokesmodel for plus-size women and has been featured in magazines, print ads and on Television internationally to promote that Beauty is found in all sizes. Formerly with a San Francisco Bay Area based agency, Karen will be available again for assignment in late 2003.
Karen is currently a successful business professional and the co-owner of a successful online retail and auction business. With the help of her family and her husband John, they have become a top dealer of Marie Osmond collectible dolls worldwide. In their spare time, Karen & John conduct training to help businesses and individuals enter into the online auction marketplace. Karen believes in helping others empower themselves to success and is involved in projects to help those less fortunate. A portion of all company profits are donated to charities which support children.
This website first launched in the 1990s . It featured biographies of other professional bowlers and information regarding Karen's plus-size modeling and spokesmodeling career. It became inactive in 1999 when Karen went on maternity leave and became involved in other business pursuits while focusing on the joys of raising her son.
Karen and John are the proud Mommy and Daddy of Justin Paul who will be 3 later this year.
