• Apply for these awards, your web site must have a unique design, well layout and couple of pages.
• Your site should be completed ( No UNDER CONSTRUCTION sign ).
• Your pages Should not have broken links and image does not show up.
• Graphics are mostly designed by yourself. Easy to navigate, fast loading and do not have too many animations.
• 

• Can be view in both Netscape and Internet Explorer.
• Should not have too many advertising banners ( two or three are OK ).
• Your site must be Written in English or English translation.
• After receive the Award(s), you must have a link back to my site.
• If you believe your favorite site or your friend's site deserve an Award, please feel free to make a submission.
• 

• Fill out a Form with your name, email address, URL address, title of your web site and select the Award(s) you wish to win.
• No adult or pornographic web sites will be considered!
• Incorrect URL or Detail of submission will be disqualified.
