I actually came up with the name and the subject matter before this picture was done. The chains of his bindings are from the gag he wears to his nipples, which connect together and attach to a cock cage. In the back, another set of chains attach to the cuffs that are secured behind his back. The set up disallows any movement forward of his head, and at the same time, makes it very painful for him to lower his arms. Is there really something out there like this? Anyone?
