"Dude, you're polishing your katana again?" Duo asked as he walked into the living room where Wufei was seated on the couch cleaning his sword.
"Maxwell," Wufei sighed, exasperated, dropping his sword on his lap. "How may times to I have to tell you? This," he said signaling to the weapon with his cloth, "is not a katana, it is a broadsword."
"Yeah, yeah I know. A broadsword. It just doesn't look that broad, is all."
"Maxwell, I really don't want to get into this with you, again."
"Jeeze...fine," Duo said, turning to leave. "You know you wouldn't be that cranky if you polished something other than that sword," he muttered, hoping that Wufei couldn't hear him.
"And what did you mean by that?" Deathscythe's pilot heard spoken harshly to his back.
"You heard that?"
"Yes." Duo turned and looked at the irritated Chinese boy.
"Well, if you went into the bathroom with some lotion and meditated with the Militant Buddhist, then you might not be so cranky. That's all."
"Are you talking about masturbation?" Duo nodded his eyes firmly locked with Wufei's as if to say, 'yes, and it's something you should think about.' After a pause of contemplation, Wufei lifted an eyebrow. "Militant Buddhist?"
"Yeah."
"You do know that's an oxymoron?"
"Yes Sifu," he drawled sarcastically with a mock bow. "Buddhism is a peaceful religion, generally speaking. Don't mean it doesn't fit."
"It is fitting, at times, and definitely one of your more...creative names for the male genitalia."
"Yeah I try," Duo replied, scratching the back of his neck.
"Meditating with the Militant Buddhist...You are perverse."
"Never said I wasn't."
"And don't call me Sifu."
"Yeah, whatever," the braided pilot replied sauntering out of the room, throwing an arm in the air, and leaving Wufei to polish his sword in peace.
Once the American was out of hearing range, Shenlong's pilot let out a small chuckle. "Militant Buddhist," he sighed again, before shaking his head and returning to his task.
