Lambu Lambu Aboriginal Song & Dance was held at the Katherine Tick Markets site. It started with stalls featuring paintings and craft work so I ended up with another painting ("Crocs Mating Season" from Ngukurr Community) and a pair of earrings from Manyallaluk Community.

The girls from Kalano Community gave a display of hip hop dancing complete with N.Y. icons. The compere is wearing his brand new t-shirt from the just-finished Croc Festival . The man arriving with the didj for the didj playing competition is Spanish but the other bloke is fair dinkum. Everyone was invited to help paint the "CELEBRATE" banner and after dark, Jarraluk Dancers & Yilila Band provided entertainment under the stars.
