Links

T he links on this page are just a start. I've tried to include the sites that I think will be the most helpful, and the most interesting. I have such a wide range of interests that it was really hard to decide just what to put on this page, but if nothing else, it has great variety!

Handy Hands Tatting, Inc.
This is probably my favorite place for mail-order shopping. They have a great selection of tatting books and supplies, and their website even has needle tatting instructions.

Snowgoose
This catalog has tons of supplies for many types of lace, not just tatting. They also have kits and supplies for great little beaded purses!

Lacis
This is a shop in California that also does mailorders. They have a huge selection of supplies, and their site has the covers pictured for most of their books.

E-tatters
This is the official website for one of the e-mail lists related to tatting.

This n Tat
At this site you can find patterns, instructions, links to other sites and suppliers. My favorite part is the pictures of tatting with buttons worked into the lace.

Georgia Seitz
She makes fabulous wooden shuttles, the pictures of them are just wonderful. There are also several books of patterns and technique that you can order.

Ferret Central
OK, not a tatting site, but this is the best place to learn about domestic ferrets. They even have sound files so you can hear what noises ferrets can make. Its edu-rific!

Modern Ferret Magazine
Yes, there really is a real magazine dedicated entirely to ferrets! And its put out by just 2 people, really. As a matter of fact, they won an award last year for it!

Not Wild, Just Crazy
An accurate, unflinching look at what its really like to live with ferrets. Oh, and its also a hilarious comic strip!

Doctor Who
This show is the only logical reason to own a TV. I've watched my tapes of the Tom Baker and Sylvester McCoy episodes so often that they are starting to disintegrate.

Sea Monkeys
Everything that you could ever possibly need to know about Sea Monkeys.
